Warranty for commercial use:
• Frames: Three (3) years against frame and weld breakage only
• Finish: Two (2) years against cracking, peeling, and blistering only
• Straps: Two (2) years against breakage or pull out of the frame only
• Fabrics: One (1) year based on quality of workmanship only
• Table Tops: One (1) year against cracking, peeling, and blistering only
• Glides & Hardware: One (1) year against manufacturer defects
Saona Outdoor Furniture will repair, refinish or replace the furniture in the original color and style, if available, or in similar color and style jfthe product has been discontinued. In the event that a strap breaks or pulls loose, Saona Outdoor Furniture will supply a replacement strap at no charge (labor not included).
What our warranty does not cover:
• Freight costs after one year of purchase.
• Failure caused by accidents and acts of nature including fire, wind, flood and freeze damage
• Neglect, unreasonable or abusive use, unauthorized repairs and/or failure to provide the necessary care and maintenance
• Stains due to contact with tanning lotions or other chemicals.
• Normal fading of: fabrics, upholstery materials, woven seating materials or wood resulting from normal wear.
• Stretching offabrics or upholstery materials resulting from normal wear
• Glass table tops, acrylic table tops with umbrella holes
To get maximum longevity of the products near seaside Saona Outdoor Furniture recommends: cleaning of buildup at least every 2 weeks, waxing frames and fiberglass tops at least every 4 months; failure or neglect to make these needed cleaning may cause damage to the finish of the product and such failure will void the Warranty,
Saona Outdoor Furniture reserves the right to make design, color or fabric changes, and/or discontinue any item(s) without notice.
Any defect warranty claim must be submitted in writing within the warranty period. The claim should state the nature of the problem with proof of original purchase.
Freight Claims:
All Saona Outdoor Furniture is inspected and received by the freight carrier in good condition. The carrier, upon acceptance of the shipment, assumed the responsibility for its safe delivery.
It is your responsibility to carefully inspect the merchandise upon arrival, if concealed damage is noted from shipping notify the carrier\'s agent immediately and file a damage claim with the carrier.
